Open-Plan Renovation

Unsatisfied with their current kitchen / dining arrangement, this Columbia couple was looking to renovate their interior, but not add-on to the house. The existing unconditioned sunroom was a great place to turn into livable interior space without disrupting the existing home’s footprint or roof design. Monarch’s design created a light-filled kitchen, generous pantry / safe room, as well as added new lighting and finishes to the existing entry and living room. Construction was completed by Aarow Building.
